Can SSIPs be used for all types of buildings?+
Yes. Our SSIPs are versatile and can be used in tiny homes, ADUs, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. If you can dream it, we can build it.
How do ThermaSteel SSIPs compare to traditional wood framing?+
ThermaSteel SSIPs provide better insulation — up to R-61 — faster installation, and long-term durability compared to traditional wood framing. Steel is non-combustible and stands up to fire, seismic activity, high wind and more.
What is the delivery timeframe for orders?+
Every project is custom and different. Once we step into production — the third step in the process — panel production runs 6–10 weeks on average from the date of order confirmation, depending on project size.
